Tynor Crepe Bandage 8 cm x 4 m is a medium-width stretchable bandage. It works well on the forearm, lower leg and elbow, giving comfortable support to muscles and joints.

The elastic weave applies even pressure on the body part. This helps control swelling, gives the injured tissue rest by limiting movement, and improves comfort during recovery.

Make sure the skin is clean and dry. Wrap from the lower end of the limb upwards, overlapping each turn by half. Fix with the clip provided. It should feel snug, not painful.

Do not apply over open wounds without a dressing. Check toes or fingers for colour change. Loosen the bandage if you feel numb, and remove at night unless your doctor says otherwise.
