Tynor Crepe Bandage 10 cm x 4 m is a stretchable cotton-blend bandage used to support sprains, strains and soft-tissue injuries. The 10 cm width suits the knee, calf and upper arm.

Clean and dry the area. Start wrapping from the part farthest from the heart, overlapping each turn by half the width. Fasten with the clip provided. Do not wrap so tightly that it cuts circulation.
