How it works
The pad has an absorbent layer that locks fluid inside and a soft top sheet that stays dry against the skin. The extra length and wider back add coverage for when you are lying down.
How to take
Peel off the backing strip and stick the pad to the inside of your underwear. Change every few hours or sooner if it feels full. Wrap the used pad in paper and bin it; do not flush.
