About
Cipladine cream from Cipla is a brown antiseptic cream used on minor cuts, wounds and skin infections. The 20 gm tube is handy for the home first-aid box.

How it works
Povidone-iodine slowly releases iodine on the skin, which kills bacteria, viruses and fungi at the wound site, lowering the risk of infection.
How to take
Wash and dry the area. Apply a thin layer of cream on the wound 1-2 times a day, or as your doctor advises. Cover with a clean dressing if needed.

Precautions
Avoid use on large, deep or burn wounds without medical advice. Not for people allergic to iodine. Use carefully in pregnancy and in newborns.
