RL 500ml from Sachin Parenteral is Ringer Lactate Solution, a sterile intravenous fluid used in hospitals and clinics for fluid and electrolyte replacement.

• Restores body fluids during dehydration
• Replaces electrolytes lost due to surgery, burns, or diarrhoea
• Acts as a carrier fluid for some IV medications

Ringer Lactate provides a balanced mix of sodium, potassium, calcium, chloride, and lactate that closely resembles the body's natural fluid composition. The lactate is converted by the liver into bicarbonate, helping correct mild acid imbalance.

For intravenous use only, administered by a doctor or trained nurse at a clinic or hospital. Dose and infusion rate are decided by the treating clinician.

• Swelling at the infusion site
• Fluid overload if given too quickly
• Electrolyte imbalance with prolonged use
• Rare allergic reaction

Use only if the solution is clear and the seal is intact. Not recommended in certain conditions such as severe kidney impairment or high blood lactate, unless advised by a doctor.

Store below 30°C, away from direct sunlight. Do not freeze. Discard any unused portion after opening.
