Nimekind Plus Gold from Mankind is a pain and fever tablet that combines Nimesulide with Paracetamol. It is commonly prescribed for short-term relief of moderate pain in adults.

How it works
Nimesulide blocks the COX-2 enzyme that causes pain and swelling at the site of injury. Paracetamol acts in the brain to lower the body's pain signal and bring down fever, so both together give faster and stronger relief.
How to take
Take as prescribed by your doctor, preferably after food to protect the stomach. Drink a full glass of water with each tablet and avoid mixing with other paracetamol-containing medicines.

Precautions
