About
This Davaindia tablet contains ursodeoxycholic acid (UDCA), a naturally occurring bile acid used to support liver and gallbladder health.
Uses
- Helps dissolve certain types of cholesterol gallstones
- Used in primary biliary cholangitis and some other liver conditions
How it works
Ursodeoxycholic acid reduces the cholesterol content of bile and helps protect liver cells, which can ease bile flow and support liver function.
How to take
Take as prescribed by your doctor, usually with food. Swallow whole with water and complete the full course advised.
Side effects
- Diarrhoea or loose stools
- Nausea or stomach discomfort
- Itching
- Mild hair thinning in some people
Precautions
