Momate cream 20gm

Momate Cream from Glenmark contains Mometasone, a medium-strength topical steroid. This 20 gm tube is suited when slightly larger or longer-lasting application is planned under a doctor's guidance.

• Eczema and atopic dermatitis
• Psoriasis
• Contact dermatitis (rashes from soaps, metals, etc.)
• Itchy, inflamed skin lesions

Mometasone is a corticosteroid that quietens the immune response in the skin. It reduces redness, swelling and itch, allowing the irritated area to recover.

Use as prescribed by your doctor. Clean and dry the area, then apply a thin layer to the affected patch, usually once a day, and rub in gently. Wash hands after, except when hands are being treated.

• Dryness or peeling
• Skin thinning if overused
• Acne-like spots
• Local change in skin colour

Limit use to the area and duration your doctor advised. Avoid face, eyes, underarms and groin unless told otherwise. Do not bandage tightly over the cream. Not for use on infected or broken skin without proper care.

Store below 25°C, away from heat and sunlight. Close the tube cap tightly. Keep out of reach of children.
