Selsun Suspension 2.5% 120 ml

Selsun Suspension 2.5% from Abbott is a medicated anti-dandruff lotion-shampoo containing Selenium Sulfide. It is used to control stubborn dandruff and certain scalp conditions.

• Moderate to severe dandruff
• Seborrhoeic dermatitis of the scalp
• Tinea versicolor (skin fungal infection)
• Itchy, flaky scalp

Selenium Sulfide slows the rapid turnover of skin cells on the scalp and reduces the growth of the yeast linked to dandruff. This helps reduce flakes, itching, and oiliness.

Use as prescribed by your doctor. Shake well, wet the scalp, apply enough suspension to form a lather, massage gently, leave for a few minutes, then rinse thoroughly. Repeat as advised.

• Mild scalp irritation or burning
• Dryness or oiliness of hair
• Discolouration of hair, especially blond or grey
• Itching

For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes; if it happens, rinse with plenty of water. Do not apply on broken or inflamed skin. Remove jewellery before use and rinse hair thoroughly. Tell the doctor if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.

Keep below 25°C in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. Keep the cap tightly closed and out of reach of children.
