PYX-Gel 100 gm

PYX-Gel from Sandika Pharma is a dental gel containing potassium nitrate, an ingredient widely used in toothpastes and gels for sensitive teeth. It is applied to teeth that feel sharp pain with cold, hot or sweet foods.

Potassium nitrate is thought to calm the small nerve endings inside the tooth, reducing the sharp pain signal triggered by temperature or pressure on exposed dentine. Regular use over a few weeks builds up this soothing effect.

Use as prescribed by your doctor or dentist. Usually a small amount is applied to a soft brush and used on the sensitive areas, then spit out without rinsing immediately, so the gel can keep working.
