Glodent is a dental care toothpaste with potassium nitrate and fluoride, made for adults with sensitive teeth who feel a sharp twinge from cold, hot, or sweet foods.

Potassium nitrate calms the nerve signals inside sensitive teeth, while fluoride hardens the outer enamel layer so it stands up better to acid and decay.

Brush gently twice a day with a pea-sized amount on a soft brush, for about two minutes. For best relief, use it regularly over a few weeks. Adults and children over 12 only; spit out, don't swallow.

If sensitivity lasts more than a couple of weeks, see your dentist to rule out cavities or gum issues. Not for children under 12 unless a dentist advises. Avoid swallowing the paste.
