Shy NM Toothpaste from GP contains Calcium Sodium Phosphosilicate (NovaMin), an ingredient designed to help sensitive teeth. It is used daily by people who feel discomfort with hot, cold or sweet foods.

Calcium Sodium Phosphosilicate reacts with saliva and releases calcium and phosphate ions. These ions deposit on the tooth surface, helping to form a protective layer over exposed dentine tubules, which reduces sensitivity over time.

Brush twice a day for about two minutes using a soft brush. For extra relief, gently massage a small amount of paste over the sensitive area with a fingertip for one minute, then rinse.
