Shy NM Toothpaste from GP is a daily-use paste for sensitive teeth, containing Calcium Sodium Phosphosilicate (NovaMin). This 50g pack is handy for personal or travel use.

Calcium Sodium Phosphosilicate reacts with saliva and slowly releases calcium and phosphate ions. These ions form a protective mineral-like layer over exposed dentine tubules, which helps reduce sensitivity with regular use.

Brush twice a day for about two minutes with a soft brush. For added relief, gently rub a small amount of paste over the sensitive tooth with a fingertip for one minute, then rinse.

Use in adults and children above six years, unless your dentist advises otherwise. Do not swallow. If sensitivity continues despite regular use, consult a dentist for a check-up.
