Topisal 3% lotion from Systopic combines a strong steroid with salicylic acid, useful for thick, scaly skin conditions of the body and scalp.

• Scalp psoriasis
• Thick eczema patches
• Lichen planus with scaling
• Stubborn dermatitis flares

Clobetasol calms inflammation and itch, while salicylic acid gently softens and lifts the thick scale, helping the steroid reach the skin underneath.

Apply a small amount to the affected area as prescribed by your doctor. For the scalp, part the hair and dab onto the patch, then wash hands after.
