Klmite Cream 60 gm

Klmite Cream from KLM Laboratories contains Permethrin, a medicine commonly prescribed by skin doctors for scabies and lice. It is a topical cream applied on the skin.

• Scabies (itch mite infection)
• Head lice and body lice
• Itching caused by mites
• Family members exposed to scabies

Permethrin is a synthetic pyrethroid that paralyses and kills the mites and lice on the skin and hair. This stops the itching and breaks the cycle of infection over a few days.

Apply as prescribed by your doctor. Usually applied at night over the whole body from the neck downwards after a bath, left on for several hours, and washed off the next morning. A repeat application may be advised after a week.

• Mild burning or stinging
• Itching that may worsen briefly
• Redness of the skin
• Numbness or tingling

Do not use in babies below 2 months without a doctor's advice. Avoid contact with eyes, mouth and broken skin. Wash all clothes, bedsheets and towels in hot water on the same day to prevent re-infection.

Store below 25°C in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. Keep the tube tightly closed and out of reach of children.
