Keralin Ointment from East India Pharmaceutical Works combines salicylic acid, benzoic acid, and hydrocortisone. It is a classic topical mix that softens thick skin and calms inflammation.

Salicylic acid loosens dead skin cells, benzoic acid acts against certain fungi, and hydrocortisone, a mild corticosteroid, calms inflammation and itch.

Apply a thin layer to the affected skin, as prescribed by your doctor. Wash your hands before and after use unless the hands are being treated.
