Kenacort New 0.1% Paste 7.5 g

Kenacort New Paste from Abbott Healthcare is a dental paste containing triamcinolone acetonide. It sticks to moist mouth tissue to soothe painful sores and inflammation inside the mouth.

• Eases mouth ulcers and aphthous sores
• Reduces inflammation of the gums and oral lining
• Helps with discomfort from oral lesions

Triamcinolone is a topical corticosteroid. It calms the local immune response in the mouth, reducing redness, swelling, and tenderness so sores can settle.

Apply a small dab to the affected area in the mouth, as prescribed by your doctor or dentist. Avoid rubbing it in; let it form a thin film.

• Burning or stinging on application
• Thinning of the mucosa with prolonged use
• Rarely, secondary oral infection

Not for use if you have an untreated mouth infection. Avoid swallowing large amounts. Inform your dentist if pregnant, breastfeeding, or using other steroids.

Store below 25°C, tightly closed, away from direct sunlight. Keep out of reach of children.
