Diprobate G Plus 30 gm Cream

Diprobate G Plus Cream from Sun Pharmaceutical Industries is a medicated cream that combines a moderately potent steroid with an antibiotic. It is meant for short-term use on inflamed skin where bacterial infection may also be present.

• Eczema, dermatitis and similar itchy skin conditions, when infection is suspected
• Insect bite reactions or skin patches that look red, swollen and weepy
• Other steroid-responsive skin problems, as advised

Betamethasone is a corticosteroid that reduces redness, itching and swelling by calming the skin's immune reaction. Gentamicin is an antibiotic that fights common bacteria on the skin. Combining the two means the cream eases inflammation and helps tackle infection at the same time.

Use as prescribed by your doctor. Apply a thin layer to the affected area as advised, and wash hands afterwards unless your hands are being treated.
