Salicylic Acid 20 gm

Salicylic Acid 20 gm from ADPL is a single-ingredient topical preparation of salicylic acid, a beta-hydroxy acid widely used in dermatology as a keratolytic agent. It is used to treat thickened or scaly skin conditions.

• Warts, corns, and calluses
• Acne with blackheads or whiteheads
• Scaly skin conditions like psoriasis or dandruff patches

Salicylic acid breaks the bonds between dead surface skin cells, helping them shed more easily. This unclogs pores in acne and gradually thins down hardened skin in warts, corns, and scaly patches.

Apply a small amount on the affected area only, as prescribed by your doctor or as directed on the pack. Wash your hands after use and avoid healthy skin around the area.

Do not apply to the face, moles, birthmarks, broken, or infected skin. Avoid in young children and in people with diabetes or poor circulation unless your doctor advises. Keep away from eyes and mucous membranes.
