About
Etoshine MR from Sun Pharma blends a COX-2 selective anti-inflammatory with a muscle relaxant. It is often used when joint or back pain comes with painful muscle tightness.
Uses
- Low back pain with spasm

- Joint pain with muscle guarding
How it works
Etoricoxib blocks the COX-2 enzyme that produces pain and swelling chemicals. Thiocolchicoside acts on spinal nerve pathways to relax tight muscles, easing stiffness and movement.
How to take
Take as prescribed by your doctor, usually after food. Swallow whole with water and avoid driving if you feel sleepy.

- Mild rise in blood pressure
Precautions
Not for use in pregnancy or for trying to conceive. Avoid with active heart disease, severe kidney or liver problems. Do not combine with other NSAIDs without advice.
