About
Miracors 25 ER from Knoll contains mirabegron in an extended-release tablet. Mirabegron belongs to a newer class of medicines called beta-3 adrenergic agonists, developed for overactive bladder.
Uses
- Treats symptoms of overactive bladder
- Helps reduce urinary urgency and frequency
- Helps reduce urge-related leakage
How it works
Mirabegron activates beta-3 receptors on the bladder muscle. This relaxes the bladder during the filling phase, allowing it to hold more urine and reducing the sudden need to go.
How to take
Swallow the tablet whole with water as prescribed by your doctor. Do not crush or chew the extended-release tablet.

- Increased blood pressure
- Fast or irregular heartbeat
- Headache
- Urinary tract infection
- Constipation
Precautions
Not suitable for people with severe uncontrolled high blood pressure. Tell your doctor about any heart, liver or kidney problems and other medicines you take.
