Nucoxia 60 mg Tablet (15 Tab)

Nucoxia 60 from Zydus contains etoricoxib, a prescription painkiller from the NSAID family. It is a selective COX-2 inhibitor, designed to ease pain and swelling in arthritis and gout while being targeted in how it works.

• Used to relieve pain and swelling in osteoarthritis
• Used in rheumatoid arthritis and ankylosing spondylitis
• Used during painful gout attacks
• Used short-term for pain after dental surgery (age 16+)

It blocks the COX-2 enzyme, which makes the chemical messengers (prostaglandins) responsible for pain and inflammation — so joints hurt less and swell less.

Take as prescribed by your doctor. Do not self-medicate.

• Stomach pain, heartburn or nausea
• Dizziness or headache
• Swelling of the legs or feet
• Raised blood pressure; seek medical attention for chest pain or signs of heart trouble

Not for people with heart disease, previous heart attack or stroke, or uncontrolled high blood pressure — prolonged use may slightly raise heart-attack and stroke risk. Use caution with liver or kidney problems. Avoid in pregnancy and while breastfeeding. Blood pressure may need periodic checks. Available only with a valid prescription.
