The OMRON BP 7090 is an automatic upper-arm blood pressure monitor for home use. OMRON is a Japanese brand widely trusted by doctors and patients for everyday BP tracking.

The arm cuff inflates and slowly releases air. A built-in sensor reads pulse waves from the artery and the device shows systolic, diastolic and pulse readings on a clear digital display.

Sit quietly for five minutes. Wrap the cuff on the bare upper arm, keep arm at heart level, and press the start button. Take two readings a minute apart and note them as advised by your doctor.
