Dr Ortho Balm from Divisa Herbals is an Ayurvedic pain-relief balm in a handy tin. It blends classical herbal oils with menthol-type ingredients to give a warm, soothing feel on tired muscles and stiff joints.

The herbal oils and cooling agents stimulate the skin's nerve endings, producing a mild warm-cool sensation. This counter-irritant effect, along with light massage, helps draw attention away from the deeper ache and relaxes tight muscles.

Take a small fingertip amount and gently massage onto the painful area in circular motions until absorbed. Use two to three times a day as needed, or follow the pack directions.
