Catheter 14

This is a size 14 Fr urinary catheter from Urocath, a flexible medical tube used to drain urine from the bladder when natural passing is not possible.

• Draining urine in patients who cannot pass urine on their own
• Use during and after certain surgeries
• Managing urinary retention or incontinence under medical advice

The soft tube is gently passed through the urethra into the bladder by a trained healthcare worker. Urine then flows out through the catheter into a collection bag.

For use only by a doctor, nurse or trained caregiver. Always follow sterile technique and the instructions given by your healthcare team.

• Possible irritation or minor bleeding

Do not reuse a single-use catheter. Keep the area clean and report fever, pain or blood in urine to your doctor. Use the size recommended by your healthcare provider.

Store in the sealed pack at room temperature, in a clean, dry place until use.
