Hot Water Bag

This Hot Water Bag from Kanno is a reusable rubber bag designed to give warm compress therapy at home. It is a simple, drug-free way to ease aches, stiffness and cramps.

Warmth from the bag improves blood flow to the area, relaxes tight muscles and dulls pain signals. This gives a calming, comforting feel without any medicine.

Fill the bag up to two-thirds with hot (not boiling) water. Press out the air, close the lid tightly, wrap in a soft cloth and place on the painful area for 10 to 15 minutes at a time.

Never use boiling water. Always wrap the bag in a cloth before placing on skin. Not advised for very young children, elderly with reduced sensation, or over open wounds. Do not lie or sit fully on the bag.

Empty the bag fully after use, dry it inside and outside, and store in a cool, dry place away from sunlight. Keep loosely closed to maintain shape.
