The pillow's shape supports the natural curve of the neck so the head, neck and upper spine stay in line. This reduces strain on neck muscles and small joints during long hours of rest.

Place the pillow on the bed with the curved side under the neck. Lie on your back so the head rests comfortably and the curve fills the neck space. Use as a regular pillow during sleep or as advised by your doctor.
