Relidress Non-woven adhesive dressing with pad

Relidress from Gynact Health Care is a soft non-woven adhesive dressing with a built-in absorbent pad. It is designed to cover and protect minor wounds, post-procedure sites, or small surgical cuts while letting the skin breathe.

The non-woven backing flexes with your skin and lets air pass through, while the central pad gently soaks up a small amount of blood or fluid. The adhesive border holds the dressing in place without irritating healthy skin around the wound.

Clean and dry the area first, peel off the backing, and press the pad firmly over the wound. Change daily or whenever it becomes wet or soiled.

• Rare allergic reaction to the adhesive

Do not place over deep, heavily bleeding, or infected wounds without medical advice. Remove gently to avoid pulling on healing skin, and stop using if a rash develops.
