Romsons Non-woven dressing with pad 20cm x 10cm

This Romsons dressing is a sterile non-woven adhesive dressing measuring 20 cm by 10 cm, with a soft absorbent pad in the centre. It is a handy first-aid item used at home and in clinics to cover wounds.

The soft pad absorbs blood and fluid from the wound, while the non-woven adhesive border sticks gently to the surrounding skin. This creates a barrier that keeps dust and germs out and helps the wound stay clean.

Clean and dry the skin around the wound first. Peel off the backing paper and place the pad directly over the wound without touching the inside of the pad. Press the edges down smoothly. Change as advised by your doctor or when soiled.

Use only if the pack is intact and sterile. Do not reuse. Seek medical help if the wound is deep, dirty, or shows signs of infection like pus, increasing pain or fever.
