Stretchoplast is a stretchable adhesive bandage used to support joints, dress wounds and hold dressings in place. The 10 cm x 4 m roll is a versatile size for arms, legs and the trunk.

• Supporting sprains and strains of joints
• Holding gauze and dressings in place
• Providing gentle compression after minor injuries

The fabric stretches in one direction so it moulds to the body's shape, while the adhesive backing sticks to skin without needing extra tape, giving steady support and compression.

Clean and dry the area. Cut the required length, peel off the backing and apply with even tension over the joint or dressing. Avoid wrapping too tightly so blood flow is not cut off.

• Skin irritation or redness under the bandage
• Itching from the adhesive
• Cold or numb fingers and toes if too tight

Do not use on broken or infected skin. Loosen if you feel tingling, numbness or extra pain. People with very sensitive skin or known adhesive allergy should patch test first.

Keep the roll in its original pack in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture.
