Moov uses a blend of warming and pain-soothing ingredients like wintergreen oil (methyl salicylate) and menthol. Massaged in, they create a warm sensation that helps boost blood flow to the area and relax sore, tight muscles.

Apply a small amount on the painful area and gently massage until fully absorbed. Use up to three times a day. Wash your hands well after use.
