Shy Or Mouthwash from GNP is an oral rinse used as part of daily mouth care, especially for people with sensitive teeth and gums. It is meant to be used along with regular brushing.

After brushing, take about 10 ml of the mouthwash, swish in the mouth for 30 to 60 seconds, then spit out. Avoid eating or drinking for 30 minutes after use, unless the label says otherwise.
