Catheter silicon 14

This is a size 14 Fr silicone urinary catheter from Romsons. Silicone tubes are softer and better tolerated than latex, making them suitable for longer indwelling use.

The smooth silicone tube is placed through the urethra into the bladder by a trained healthcare worker. Urine drains through the catheter into a collection bag.

For use only by a doctor, nurse or trained caregiver, with strict sterile technique and following the instructions of your healthcare team.

• Risk of urinary tract infection with prolonged use
• Possible local irritation

Do not reuse single-use devices. Keep the perineal area clean. Report fever, pain or blood in urine to your doctor. Use the size and type advised by the treating team.

Store in the sealed pack at room temperature, in a clean, dry place.
