The Tynor Posture Corrector (Large) is a shoulder brace from Tynor Orthotics, a well-known Indian orthopaedic-aid manufacturer. It is designed to gently pull the shoulders back and remind the wearer to stand and sit straighter.

Elasticated straps loop around both shoulders and meet behind the upper back. The gentle pull keeps the shoulders aligned and discourages slouching, helping the upper back muscles relearn an upright posture.

Wear over a thin cotton vest or t-shirt. Slip arms through the loops, adjust the straps so they feel firm but not painful, and wear for short sessions through the day as advised by your doctor or physiotherapist. Increase wear time slowly.
