Elastic Wrist Splint (L) (LF)

Tynor Elastic Wrist Splint (Large, Left) is a supportive band designed to immobilise and protect the left wrist after strain, sprain or repetitive stress. It combines elastic, breathable fabric with a metal palmar splint for firm comfort.

The inbuilt rigid splint holds the wrist in a neutral, slightly extended position, while the elastic wrap gives gentle compression that helps reduce swelling and limit painful movement during recovery.

Wrap around the left wrist with the splint over the palm side, then fasten the Velcro firmly but not so tight that circulation is affected. Use as advised by your doctor or physiotherapist.

• Mild skin irritation under the strap
• Sweating or itching
• Numbness if worn too tight
• Temporary stiffness

Loosen if fingers tingle or change colour. Avoid wearing over open wounds and remove during bathing. Follow the wear duration advised by your doctor.

Keep in a clean, dry place away from direct sunlight. Hand wash with mild soap and air dry; do not iron or bleach.
