The roomy pouch cradles the forearm with the elbow bent at a comfortable angle. The neck strap takes the weight of the arm off the shoulder, allowing injured bones and soft tissues to rest and heal.

Use only as directed by your doctor. Slide the forearm into the pouch with the elbow against the closed end and the hand resting inside. Adjust the neck strap so the arm sits across the chest at a comfortable height.
