Justin Suppository from Neon contains Indomethacin, a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory medicine (NSAID) given through the rectum to relieve pain and inflammation.

• Pain, swelling and stiffness in arthritic conditions
• Acute musculoskeletal pain
• Post-operative pain and inflammation (under medical advice)

Indomethacin blocks enzymes called cyclo-oxygenases (COX) that produce prostaglandins — chemicals involved in pain, fever and inflammation. Lower prostaglandin levels mean less pain and swelling.

Use as prescribed by your doctor. Wash your hands, remove the wrapper and insert the suppository into the rectum, pointed end first. Try to remain lying down for a few minutes so it stays in place.

• Stomach pain, nausea or indigestion
• Headache or dizziness
• Rectal irritation
• Rarely, ulcers or bleeding in the stomach

Tell your doctor about stomach ulcers, asthma, kidney or liver disease, heart problems, high blood pressure, pregnancy or breastfeeding. Avoid alcohol. Inform your doctor of all other medicines, especially blood thinners, other NSAIDs or steroids.
