Dignity Magna Ad pant L 10 pic

Dignity Magna Ad pant-style adult diapers from Romsons in a large size slip on like regular underwear, giving easy, dignified protection for active adults who manage incontinence.

• Adult urinary or bowel incontinence
• Active daytime use
• Recovery after surgery or childbirth
• Travel and outings

A stretchy waistband lets the pant pull on and off easily. The absorbent core soaks up fluid and locks it away as gel, while soft leg cuffs help guard against leaks, and a wetness indicator shows when a change is due.

Step into the pant like underwear or have a carer help, pull it up to the waist, and check the fit at the legs. Tear the side seams to remove and dispose in a covered bin.

• Skin irritation if worn too long
• Mild redness or rash
• Heat or sweating in warm weather

Change regularly, keep the skin clean and dry, and use a barrier cream if advised. Do not flush.

Keep the pack in a cool, dry place, away from sunlight and moisture.
