Acne Star Soap

Acne Star Soap from Mankind is a medicated bathing bar made for acne-prone skin on the face, back and chest. It is a daily-use cleansing soap that aims to keep oil and bacteria in check without being too harsh.

The soap base lifts away excess sebum, sweat and dirt that can clog pores and feed acne-causing bacteria. By keeping the skin cleaner through the day, it reduces the chance of new breakouts settling in.

Wet the skin, work up a light lather with the bar or with wet hands, gently massage on the affected area for a few seconds and rinse off well with water. Use once or twice a day as advised on the pack.

• Slight stinging on very sensitive skin
• Rarely, irritation or itching

Keep the lather away from the eyes. If your skin feels very dry, follow up with a light non-comedogenic moisturiser. Stop use if you notice persistent redness, rash or peeling and ask a doctor. Not a replacement for medicines prescribed for severe acne.

Keep the bar in a dry soap dish so water drains away, in a cool place out of reach of children.
