Ibugesic Plus 20 tab

Ibugesic Plus from Cipla is a combination painkiller tablet with Ibuprofen and Paracetamol. It is widely used for short-term relief of everyday pains and fever in adults.

• Headache and migraine-type pain
• Body ache and back pain
• Toothache and post-dental pain
• Period pain
• Fever and body pain from cold or flu

Paracetamol acts in the brain to lower fever and ease pain. Ibuprofen blocks an enzyme (COX) that makes chemicals causing pain, swelling and warmth. The two together cover pain through different paths and give stronger relief than either alone.

Take as prescribed by your doctor. Swallow the tablet whole with water, with or after a meal to reduce stomach upset. Do not take with other paracetamol or ibuprofen-containing medicines.

• Stomach pain or heartburn
• Nausea or loose motions
• Dizziness
• Mild rash
• Rarely, stomach bleeding with long use

Avoid in active stomach ulcer, severe heart, liver or kidney disease, and in the third trimester of pregnancy. Tell your doctor about blood thinners or other painkillers. Do not use for long periods without medical advice.

Store below 25°C in a dry place, away from sunlight and moisture. Keep in the original strip and out of reach of children.
