Naprosyn 500+ 15 tab

Naprosyn 500 from RPG Life Sciences is a higher-strength tablet of naproxen, a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID). It is used when stronger pain and inflammation control is needed.

• Moderate to severe joint pain in arthritis
• Acute gout attacks
• Severe period pain
• Back, muscle and post-injury pain
• Pain associated with ankylosing spondylitis

Naproxen blocks COX enzymes that produce prostaglandins, which drive pain, fever and inflammation. Reducing these chemicals lowers swelling, stiffness and pain in joints, muscles and tissues.

Take as prescribed by your doctor, swallowed whole with a full glass of water, ideally with or after food to protect the stomach. Do not break or chew the tablet.

• Stomach pain, heartburn or indigestion
• Nausea, vomiting or loose stools
• Headache, dizziness or drowsiness
• Fluid retention or higher blood pressure
• Stomach ulcers or bleeding with long use

Tell your doctor about any history of ulcers, asthma, kidney, liver or heart disease. Avoid in the last trimester of pregnancy. Do not combine with other NSAIDs, steroids or blood thinners without medical advice. Limit alcohol and use the lowest effective dose for the shortest time.

Store below 25°C in the original strip, protected from heat, light and moisture. Keep out of reach of children.
