Megacelo P 10 tab

Megacelo P from Aristo pairs aceclofenac, a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory, with paracetamol, an analgesic and fever reducer. The combination is used for short-term relief of pain with inflammation.

• Joint and muscle pain
• Back and neck pain
• Pain after dental work
• Period pain with cramps

Aceclofenac blocks COX enzymes that produce prostaglandins, easing swelling and pain at the source. Paracetamol acts in the brain to further reduce pain perception and bring down fever.

Take one tablet with food and a glass of water, as prescribed by your doctor. Do not crush or chew, and avoid lying down soon after.

• Stomach upset or heartburn
• Nausea
• Headache or dizziness
• Mild skin rash

Avoid if there is a history of stomach ulcers, kidney or liver disease, asthma triggered by painkillers, or in late pregnancy. Do not combine with other paracetamol products.

Keep below 25 degrees Celsius in a dry place, away from direct sunlight. Store out of reach of children.
