Pregabanyl NTM from Leeford is a fixed-dose tablet combining pregabalin, nortriptyline and methylcobalamin. It is used for chronic nerve pain where a stronger combined approach is needed.

Pregabalin quietens over-active nerve signals, while nortriptyline, a tricyclic, alters pain-processing chemicals in the brain and spinal cord. Methylcobalamin supports nerve health and the repair of the myelin sheath.

Swallow the tablet with water at the same time each day, preferably at night, as prescribed by your doctor. Do not stop it abruptly, as the dose usually needs to be reduced gradually.
