Ibuclin Junior from Dr. Reddy's is a children's tablet that combines Ibuprofen and Paracetamol. It is used to bring down fever and ease mild to moderate pain in kids.

How it works
Paracetamol works in the brain's heat-control centre to bring down fever and ease pain. Ibuprofen is an anti-inflammatory medicine that lowers chemicals called prostaglandins, which add to pain and swelling. Together they give stronger and longer relief.
How to take
Give as prescribed by your doctor. The tablet can be chewed or dissolved in a spoon of water for younger kids. Give with or after food to protect the stomach. Do not combine with another paracetamol or ibuprofen product.

Precautions
Not for children with active stomach ulcers, kidney problems, asthma triggered by painkillers, or chickenpox/dengue without doctor's advice. Keep the child well hydrated. Do not exceed the schedule advised by the doctor.
