Duvanta NP 2 10 tab

Duvanta NP from Intas is a combination tablet containing Duloxetine and Pregabalin. It is mainly used for long-standing nerve pain that does not settle with simple painkillers.

• Diabetic nerve pain (neuropathy)
• Nerve pain after shingles
• Fibromyalgia
• Other chronic nerve-related pain

Duloxetine is an SNRI antidepressant that raises serotonin and noradrenaline levels in the brain and spinal cord, dulling pain signals and lifting mood. Pregabalin calms over-active nerves by binding to calcium channels, reducing pain messages. Together they target nerve pain more effectively than either alone.

Take as prescribed by your doctor, with or without food. Swallow the tablet whole with water at the same time each day. Do not stop suddenly; the dose may need to be reduced slowly.

• Drowsiness or dizziness
• Dry mouth
• Nausea or constipation
• Weight gain
• Blurred vision
• Swelling of hands or feet

Avoid driving or operating machinery until you know how it affects you. Avoid alcohol. Tell your doctor about kidney, liver, heart problems, mood changes, or if pregnant or breastfeeding. Do not stop suddenly.

Store below 25°C in a dry place, away from sunlight. Keep out of reach of children.
