About
Maxdulin 75/30 from Sun Pharma is a combination capsule of Duloxetine and Pregabalin. It is used mainly for long-standing nerve pain and certain mood-related conditions linked with chronic pain.
Uses
- Nerve pain in diabetes
- Fibromyalgia and chronic body pain
- Nerve pain after shingles
- Pain with low mood or anxiety
How it works
Duloxetine increases the levels of serotonin and noradrenaline in the brain and spinal cord, which helps reduce pain signals and lift mood. Pregabalin calms over-active nerves that send pain signals.
How to take
Take as prescribed by your doctor, with or without food. Swallow the capsule whole with water and avoid stopping suddenly without advice.

- Drowsiness or dizziness
- Dry mouth
- Nausea or constipation
- Mild weight gain or swelling
Precautions
Tell your doctor about liver, kidney or heart problems, glaucoma, seizures or thoughts of self-harm. Avoid alcohol and driving until you know how it affects you. Not suitable during pregnancy unless prescribed.
