How it works
Biotin is a B-vitamin that helps the body make keratin, the main protein in hair and nails. Folic Acid is another B-vitamin that helps cells divide and grow, including the cells of hair follicles. Together they support healthier hair growth.
How to take
Take as prescribed by your doctor, with water, preferably after a meal. Swallow the tablet whole and try to take it at around the same time daily.

Precautions
Tell the doctor if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or under treatment for anaemia, as folic acid may mask some signs of vitamin B12 deficiency. Inform the lab before any blood test, as biotin can affect some test results.
