Dynapar MR 10 tab

Dynapar MR from Troikaa combines Diclofenac, Chlorzoxazone and Paracetamol in one tablet. Doctors prescribe it for short-term relief of painful muscle spasms in the back, neck and limbs.

Diclofenac is an NSAID that blocks the COX enzyme, reducing the chemicals that cause pain and swelling. Paracetamol works in the brain to lower pain and fever. Chlorzoxazone is a centrally acting muscle relaxant that calms tight muscles by acting on the spinal cord and brain.

Take as prescribed by your doctor. Swallow the tablet whole with water, preferably after food to reduce stomach upset. Do not take with other paracetamol-containing medicines.

• Headache or dizziness
• Mild rash
• Yellow or orange tint to urine (from Chlorzoxazone)

Not for people with active stomach ulcers, serious liver or kidney disease, or NSAID allergy. Avoid driving or operating machines until you know how you feel. Avoid alcohol. Do not use long-term without medical advice.

Store below 25°C in a dry place, away from sunlight. Keep in the original strip and out of reach of children.
