KLMC 1000 is a high-strength Vitamin C tablet that supports the body's daily need for ascorbic acid, especially during low intake or extra demand.

Vitamin C (ascorbic acid) is a water-soluble vitamin needed to make collagen, support immune cells, help iron absorption from food, and act as an antioxidant that helps protect cells from oxidative stress.

Take as prescribed by your doctor, usually with or after a meal and a full glass of water. Do not crush or chew unless the pack advises so.

• Mild stomach upset, nausea or diarrhoea
• Heartburn
• Risk of kidney stones with very high long-term doses

Tell your doctor about kidney stones, iron overload disorders, diabetes, pregnancy or breastfeeding. Very high doses may interfere with some lab tests. Avoid stacking multiple vitamin C supplements without advice.

Store below 25 degrees Celsius in a dry place, away from direct sunlight and moisture. Keep the bottle tightly closed and out of reach of children.
