Iodex 16 gm

Iodex from GSK is a well-known balm for muscle and joint pain. It blends methyl salicylate and menthol to give a warming, soothing feel on sore areas.

• Minor muscle aches, sprains and strains
• Backache, shoulder and neck stiffness
• Joint pain due to overuse or minor injury

Methyl salicylate acts as a counter-irritant that gently warms the skin and helps distract from the pain underneath. Menthol adds a cooling, refreshing feel and supports temporary pain relief on application.

Take a small amount on a fingertip and massage gently into the sore area 2 to 3 times a day, or as directed on the pack. Wash hands well after use.

• Mild burning, warmth or redness at the site
• Skin irritation or rash in sensitive users
• Allergic reaction (rare)

For external use only. Do not apply on cuts, wounds, broken or irritated skin, or near the eyes and mouth. Avoid using with tight bandages or heating pads. Keep away from children, especially below 12 years, unless advised by a doctor.

Store in a cool, dry place below 25 degrees C, away from direct sunlight. Close the lid tightly after use and keep out of reach of children.
